Well first of all, we have FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $75.* We ship these orders via our standard method (see below). Our other rates are as follows:

DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from when they are placed. However, please keep in mind that Product Body makes all of our products fresh daily, by hand in small batches. While this process does ensure that all of our products are fresh and wonderful, it will occasionally result in a slight delay in shipping. Rest assured that we will tell you about any delays as quickly as we know about them. You can calculate your actual time to delivery as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3- 7 business days.
Fed Ex Methods: 2 business days to ship, plus Fed Ex transit time, which will be posted on the order page (it's calculated live on the site, specifically for your location).
DELIVERY OPTIONS
As you may have gathered, we use USPS and Fed Ex for our shipping needs. When you check out, you will have up to 5 options:
Standard Shipping: This is usually the cheapest, and is in almost all cases via USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally we use Fed Ex. We decide based on shipping times and dates.
Fed Ex Home Delivery: This option is ground, but allows for full tracking. If you are in a city where stuff "gets lost" if it's left on your stoop or in a vestibule, you might like this option. They also deliver on Saturday for no extra cost.
Fed Ex Express Saver: This is the Fed Ex budget air method.
Fed Ex 2 Day Air: This would be, um, 2 day air. Keep in mind you need to add processing time to it (see above) before it ships. We do TRY to get out 2 day orders the day they are placed, but that is dependent on what we have in stock that day.
RETURNS
We regret that we can not accept returns of opened products.
*We reserve the right to decline free shipping on orders over 25 pounds. Now, we're not saying it WON'T be free, but we think we ought to at least think about it. If it's a problem, we'll let you know. |
